A: Visit the course page and enter your details. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your enrollment. Since this is a free course, you'll get instant access as soon as you sign up.


Q: I signed up, but I can’t access my course. What should I do?


A: Try the following steps:

  • Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for a course access email. Remember to complete registration by creating a password for your WEA Learn account.
  • Ensure you’re logged in to WEA Learn: Login Here.
  • Refresh your dashboard or log out and back in to see if the course appears.


Q. I forgot my password, how do I reset it.

Q: How do I log in to WEA Learn after creating my password?

Q: How do I resume where I left off?


A: WEA Learn automatically saves your progress and will take you to the last page you viewed when you log back in.


Q: Do I have to complete lessons in order?


A: No, but we recommend following the lessons in order for the best learning experience.


Q: How do I know when I’ve completed the course?


A: Your course progress should show 100% complete in your dashboard once all lessons are finished. If it doesn’t, double-check that all pages are marked as complete.

Video & Audio Issues

Q: The videos are not loading. What should I do?


A: Try the following steps:

  • Refresh the page.
  • Clear your browser cache.
  • Use a different browser (Chrome is recommended).
  • Check your internet connection.


Q: The video is buffering a lot. How can I fix this?


A: Try these steps:
